Timelines vary depending on project scope and current schedule. Once we've completed your consultation and scoped the work, we'll give you a clear start date. Most projects begin within two to three weeks of agreement.
We recommend being available for the start of installation so we can walk through the plan together, but our technicians are fully capable of working independently once the scope is agreed. We'll keep you updated throughout.
That's completely fine. Many clients start with a single upgrade — lighting or climate is a popular first step — and expand from there. All NexHome systems are designed to integrate with future additions.
Yes. All NexHome installations are covered by a workmanship warranty. Individual component warranties vary by manufacturer. We'll walk you through all warranty details before your install begins.
In many cases, yes. We'll assess your existing setup during consultation and advise on compatibility. Where existing equipment can be integrated, we will. Where it can't, we'll explain clearly and present alternatives.
