The Brief

What the Client Needed.

The Whitmore family came to us during the final stages of a new construction home in Orlando. They had a clear vision — a home that felt intelligent from the moment they walked through the door, with every system unified into a single experience they could control from anywhere. No separate apps, no inconsistent devices, no compromises on quality.

They wanted lighting that set the mood without being programmed manually, security they could trust while traveling, entertainment that disappeared into the architecture, and a climate system that simply kept the house perfect without ever needing to be touched.

What We Built

Four Systems. One Experience.

Lighting Control

We programmed automated lighting across all 14 rooms of the Whitmore home. Scenes were created for Morning, Evening, Dinner, Movie Night, and Away — each activating with a single tap or on a schedule. Presence sensors ensure no light is ever left on in an empty room.

Security & Cameras

A 7-camera HD network covers every approach to the property. Smart locks were installed on all four exterior entry points with app-based access and guest codes. Motion-triggered alerts push directly to the family's phones in real time.

AV & Entertainment

Whole-home audio was distributed across 9 zones with independent volume and source control. A dedicated home theatre was built in the media room with a 4K laser projector, acoustic panelling, and in-ceiling surround sound — all hidden wiring, zero visible clutter.

Climate Automation

Smart thermostats were integrated into the existing HVAC infrastructure across two zones. The system learns the family's weekly schedule and adjusts proactively. An energy dashboard gives the Whitmores full visibility into consumption by zone.

The Result

The Whitmore Residence is now a fully unified smart home — every system visible from a single app, every room responsive to the family's presence and schedule. The installation was completed in four days with zero disruption to the construction handover timeline.

The family now controls lighting, security, entertainment, and climate from one interface. Guests are given temporary access codes. The alarm arms itself at night. The lights dim when a movie starts. The house just works.
